Located in Keilaniemi, ARC is the former Nokia headquarters, completed in 1997 and now transformed into a modern and versatile office campus. In the spaces designed by Franz Design, the building’s original architecture is complemented by a bold use of colour, light and materials.
The interior concept draws inspiration from soap bubble-like hues and reflections of light, creating a rich and nuanced colour palette throughout the spaces. The overall design is complemented by ntgrate Fair Viola woven vinyl tiles, whose deep violet tone adds character and brings the different elements of the interior together into a striking whole.

Fair Viola is designed for heavy commercial use, and its integrated acoustic backing provides 19 dB impact sound reduction, helping to create a more comfortable acoustic environment in offices, meeting areas and other shared spaces.
Maintenance is equally straightforward: the woven vinyl surface offers excellent stain resistance, while dirt and liquids are prevented from easily penetrating the material. The flooring can be cleaned with water, making its distinctive appearance a practical choice for busy, high-traffic spaces.
The extensive colour palette of the Fair collection offers designers a wide range of possibilities, from understated neutrals to bold accent colours. At ARC, the selected Viola shade is a great example of how flooring can become one of the strongest design elements in a space rather than simply serving as a neutral backdrop.
